Very interesting German Pinot nero. Bright, crispy, refreshing, a little bit carbonated, with high acidity and low tannins. In style, it’s more of a white wine. It’s best revealed, when it strongly cooled. Aromatics: overripe apples, a little bit cattle and dry herbs. Red fruit, cranberry, lemongrass berry, mint and yeast in the taste.
