Petershöhle from the Seckinger winery has a cool nose with a herbal and yeast note, yellow stone fruit with stone and coriander. Clear and delicately juicy; lively and fresh with a light draft.
On the palate there is a high concentration, grip, salt and a crumbly structure, which is challenging and flattering at the same time, vibrant, almost numbing for the tongue, quince, pear, citrus notes and always, really always salt
