The bouquet of the Riesling Gottsacker from the Seckinger brothers includes ripe yellow apples, slightly musty notes, as well as greengages, white flowers, verbena and hints of tobacco. The whole thing has the necessary hint of dirt and bacon, but still remains quite clear and pure.
Extremely juicy, complex and lively in the mouth with a slightly tart, phenolic structure, fresh citrus acidity and slightly salty minerality in the long finish. 0 g/l residual sugar.
