Intense red color is not dark or opaque. Aromas are complex combining toasty/cedary oak with red-plum & cherry fruit & earthy/chocolatey/truffley notes. The palate is rich & smooth with fine, supple, velvety tannins.

Medium to full-bodied & mouth-filling with warming alcohol. The fruit is ripe & rich with lively red-plum & deeper prune notes, overlaid by earthy/truffley notes, vanilla & cedar. Fresh acidity gives a long finish.
