Two very different sites guarantee the eleganceandpower for this - probably the most difficult red variety in the world. The one siteis located on a plateau of lime stone soil. Here the grapes are suffered by all means of elements and hence the vegetation is much decelerated. The other site is dominated by a hotter location where sand, gravel, and brash soils are available. Spatburgunder (Pinot Noir)
