A great vintage that 2017er Riesling Kabinett Schloss Saarstein. Despite the difficult dry weather in early spring and the many wild boar a fantastic quality with a must weight of 92 ° Oe. Only little alcohol 8% .He embodies a lightweight pure elegance, ripe fruit and a finely integrated acidity, the palate of fine enamel with a basket full of fine aroma of lemon, lime and grapefruit, an incomparable enjoyment and great food companion to veal, fish and spicy cheese.
Ideal for sweet and sour. Classic Saar Riesling with little alcohol.
