Schloss Saarstein Riesling 2015

Bright, cheery whiffs of sugar cookie crumbs and Meyer lemon zest perfume this sunny off-dry Riesling. On the palate, sweet-tart tangerine mingles into more savory notes of bees wax and pollen. The finish is brisk but refreshing.

The 2015 Schloss Saarsteiner Riesling Kabinett opens to inviting aromas of white peach, lime, orange zest, honeysuckle and minerals all taking shape in the glass. On the palate this shows wonderful vibrancy, while demonstrating excellent balance and focus through the pretty finish. Overall, a lovely Riesling which should continue to show well over the next decade.
