Scheurebe Kabinett, Kruger-Rumpf 2021

An exotic wine that has been close to our hearts for generations and our grandma's favorite wine. The vines were planted back in the 1950s and 1960s. The grapes for this beautiful cabinet are carefully picked by hand and fermented in small stainless steel tanks. The fermentation is stopped by temperature regulation at approx. 55 g/l residual sugar.

The fine, fruity aroma is wonderfully paired with a light minerality and an animating acidity. A beautiful summer companion that casts a spell over everyone.
