Scheurebe Kabinett, Braunewell 2021

Floral notes on the nose, aromas of apple and peach. Ripe aromas of nectarine and citrus on the palate, noticeable acidity, balanced sweetness and a long finish. The grapes for this wine come from the various Riesling vineyards in Essenheim and Elsheim. They were exclusively hand-picked between the beginning and end of September.

Due to the play of sweetness and acidity, this wine goes well with dishes containing cheese, the classic cheese platter in the evening, with light summer cuisine or simply for fun evenings with friends.
