This promising, elegant yet powerful wine is going to shine with short-term bottle age and keep for two decades.
The 2019 Scarlett Cabernet Sauvignon is brooding, complex and beautiful. Amazingly intense showcase layers of black cassis, red fruits, graham cracker and earthy/dusty components know for this terroir.

80% new French oak consisting of Darnajou, Taransaud, Marcel Cadet, Remond, Trueil and Sylvain barrel.
