Gold. Highly complimentary nose showing smoke and bark scents, notes of dried and candied fruits, floral presence and herb tea. Smooth mouthfeel with delicious tangy freshness and soft flowers. An extremely savoury.

Light gold. Intense nose showing citrus, wild flowers, honey and mineral aromas. The palate offers up savoury acidity which filters through to each of the aromatic components yet stays very drinkable. Lovely sourness on the finish.
