SAUZET CHASSAGNE MONTRACHET ENCEGNIERES 2019

Clear pale lemon with an incisive lightly reductive nose. This starts leaner than expected, but soon fills out into a soft plump pillow of fruit, soft pears, but then the tension returns with some warmth too.

The aromatics are not over-ripe and I did not pick the high alcohol level here. No doubt about the concentration, nor length and there is just enough acidity.
