Sauvion Vouvray 2018

The nose features notes of honeysuckle and ripe citrus fruit. On the palate, the wine is off-dry and medium bodied with food-friendly acidity. Flavors of honey and dried fruit lead to a long finish.

Hints of hops on the nose extend briefly on the palate, but are quickly taken over by yellow apple and persimmon flavors. Off-dry in feel and somewhat juicy, but shows enough focus.
