DESCRIPTION

This magnificent white wine from the Golan Heights presents aromas of passion fruit, lime, melon and green apple, accentuated by light flinty notes. On the palate, this white wine is fruity and deep, with a medium body. This slightly full-bodied and refreshing wine has a very nice length. An exceptional vintage on the Golan Heights.

A small part of the wine was fermented in French oak barrels, which added body and complexity. Ready to drink as soon as it comes out, Yarden Sauvignon Blanc is best enjoyed within two years of its vintage.
