Fresh, hepatic, tasty, with good acidity due to maritime influence. In addition, the minerality of the soil gives a good balance to the wine, resulting in a persistent, fresh and appetizing Sauvignon Blanc. Medium bodied, smooth finish and good persistence. Pale yellow with distinctive greenish hues.
