• Certified Organic • 100% Sauvignon Blanc • Lolonis Vineyard (Redwood Valley AVA) • Planted in 1942, may be the oldest SB on the continent • Head-trained, dry-farmed • Red clay soils strewn with fist-sized rocks • Farmed by husband/wife duo Athan + Denise Poulos • Hand-harvested • Whole-cluster pressed and fermented on wild yeasts in neutral oak puncheons and stainless steel drums • Aged 6 on the lees and bottled unfined and unfiltered • 13.1% abv
