The wine displays aromatic feijoa, guava and lime fruit notes, with hints of fresh cut grass and flint. This medium-bodied wine is tasty and refreshing. Great to drink upon release, Gilgal Sauvignon Blanc is best enjoyed within a couple of years of vintage.
Pairing with grilled lime chicken, Thai fish cakes, or spinach salad with goat cheese and walnuts.
