• 100% Sauvignon Blanc • Sourced from two vineyards: 80% of the fruit comes from Yerbas Buenas in the Maule foothills of the Andes, and 20% from Los Alamos in Curico at 1,650m ASL • Both the vineyards and the winery are certified sustainable • Mostly alluvial soils with some sandy loam and clay • Grapes are de-stemmed and ferment in stainless steel tanks for 2 months on the lees • Aged in stainless tank for 4-6 months
