DESCRIPTION
The 2021 harvest season was cool and damp after a surprisingly rainy winter. These climate characteristics contributed to a delicate and mature Sauvignon Blanc. This new vintage has high acidity and a freshly aromatic profile, with vegetal notes of green chili peppers and tomato leaves.
The palate is juicy, versatile, and fluid, with a hint of citrus fruits. This wine is best enjoyed during the summer months as an aperitif or accom- panied by fresh cheeses, green salads, or raw fish like ceviche or tartare.
