The Chenin Saumurois par excellence! To the eye, the color is bright, with golden highlights, which encourage tasting. From the first nose, we find a singular typicity with notes of fresh pears mixed with a superb vegetal and mineral aroma.
The mouth is very clean with a balance of fatty acidity close to perfection. The finish oscillates between gourmandise and minerality.
