The unique climate of the area known as the "Venezie", a vast territory in northwestern Italy encompassing the regions of Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and Trentino-Alto Adige. It is ideal for the cultivation of Pinot Noir.

Soft pressing of the grapes with a 15 day long fermentation at controlled temperatures. Oak aging for approximately 12 months. Bright ruby color with a bouquet of black-cherry jam, cloves, pepper and light chocolate notes. Beautifully balanced acidity and a plush mouthfeel.
