Santa Margherita Merlot is created exclusively fromgrapes grown near the town of Portogruaro, in the Easternmost part of the Northern Veneto region. An ideal combination of climate and soil allow the grapes to ripen slowly and develop vibrant acidity with supple texture.

Our Merlot embodies the elegance and style that has become synonymous with Santa Margherita. Only the highest quality grapes produce this ruby red wine with hints of cherry and vanilla, and a velvety taste. Recommended with richly flavored starters and pasta dishes with savory sauces. It also makes a good match for roasted red meats and ages cheeses.
