Santa Carolina Chardonnay Reserva de Familia 2014 |
Appellation
We source our Reserva Chardonnay from Casablanca Valley. One of the youngest
valleys in Chile’s viticultural history but also one of the most developed. Casablanca’s
proximity to the Pacific Ocean brings every-morning fogs and cool-afternoon ocean
breezes that moderate the valley temperatures and humidity. The climate combined with
granitic soils promotes a long ripening period with low yields, and allows us to produce a
distinct and prime example of Chardonnay.
