On the nose you find hints of banana bread, cinnamon, peanut brittle, oak, black pepper, fresh dill, and fennel .

On the palate you get ripe dark cherry, navel orange, burnt brown sugar, spicy rye, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, fennel, roasted coffee and dark chocolate. It has a medium dry finish with a hint of brown sugar.
