Not many years ago, White Zinfandel was the only Rosé most wine drinkers knew; hence thought all Rosé wines were sweet.
San Giuseppe is DOC Chiaretto di Bardolino, a heritage wine, well known and admired for many years.
Made from the Corvina, Molinara, and Rondinella grapes that make Bardolino with the skins removed when the juice is rose. Fermentation with the skins makes the wines red.
