DESCRIPTION
These two grapes are grown in shallow granitic soils, and are sustainably cultivated. The grapes are harvested by hand; the slow, gentle pneumatic pressing is performed on whole bunches. The wine is settled and undergoes alcoholic fermentation in barrels, then malolactic fermentation, and is then matured on fine lees, with regular weekly stirring.
The bouquet produces indulgent aromas of ripe fruit and honey. It also hints at an intense wine combining freshness and smoothness, as well as aromas of toasted almonds and hazelnut.
