DESCRIPTION
A barrel sample and only the second vintage from this new producer, the Cabernet Sauvignon is composed of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon with dollops of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec.
Sporting a medium to deep garnet-purple color, it is scented of crème de cassis, prunes and spice cake with hints of dusty soil and cedar. Medium to full-bodied, it has a firm, chewy frame and a long, spicy finish.
