Excellent tension between lemon and pear fruit with smoky lees character. The fine tannins support the moderately sleek palate very well. Fascinating, delicate herbal notes at the long finish.
The name comes from the size of the barrel in which this was made – 1,200 liters. From organically grown grapes with Fair'n Green certification.
