Outstanding as an aperitif or matched with pates, cheeses, roast turkey, duck breast and Asian cuisine.Individually selected late harvest berries, some botrytis-touched, are hand-harvested in October. Following a period of maceration on the skins and five weeks of fermentation, the wine was aged for six months in stainless steel. The wine was then bottled under natural cork.
