S.A. Prum Riesling Kabinett Blue Prum 2016

Pristine white grapefruit and lime zest extend from nose to palate in this thirst-quenching, delicately off-dry Riesling. It's approachably fresh and fruity, but elegant, too, juxtaposing spine-tingling acidity and tangs of salty mineral against a long, honeyed finish.

Delicate fragrance recalling ripe apricot and citrus fruit. Elegantly structured, with pronounced mineral character imparted by the slate-rich soil in which the grapes are grown.
