• Cask strength straight rye whiskey aged, finished, and bottled by ASW Distillery in Atlanta, Georgia • Distilled at MGP in Indiana • Mash bill of 95% rye, 5% malted barley • Aged a minimum of 6 years in new 53-gallon American oak barrels of varying char levels and finished in light-, medium-, or heavy-toasted barrels; barrel specifics are listed on the front label • Mint and mace on the nose continue to the palate where they are joined by butterscotch and oak • Gold medalist at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition • No added color • Non-chill filtered; bottled at cask strength (ABV will vary batch to batch) Fiddler Toasted Rye is released in batches with varying production attributes, ranging from mash bill to char and toast levels, but always at a minimum 6 years of age, ensuring that this double-oaked bottling retains a fully matured flavor even as it celebrates the specific personality of each small batch.
