Russiz Superiore Collio Friulano 2017

Medium lemon-green. Nose: rose, bacon, stone fruit and chamomile. Mouth: off-dry, med+ acidity, refined and round med+ body, displaying nectarine, almond, grapefruit and flint, mouth-filling and fresh med+ finish.

Elderflower, pumpkin pie filling, chamomile, orange Popsicle, underripe mango, white glue, hard nectarines, Granny Smith apple, honeydew melon, fresh-mown grass, and tons of almond. The acidity seems keening at first but then chills out just as quickly, leaving some pleasantly gritty textures in its wake.
