Grown on terraces with soils of Gfohl gneiss and loess, the old vines produce a minerally wine with plenty of fruit and vibrant acidity.

Lovely aromas of yellow apple, honey, minerals, straw, subtle lime, and a pineapple without the sweetness. The flavors confirm the nose with just about all of the same notes with more lime and minerals. Creamy texture with a zingy minerality on the long finish.
