Wine Made in Rubielos de Mora, Teruel with vineyards at more than 900 altitude
Velvety and tasty. The vibrant red color of our coupage reveals its rich aromas and flavors of cherry and blackberry. For this reason, this well-structured wine integrates nuances of oak wood with round tannins to provide a rich palate of very fruity flavors.
Varieties: Garnacha 50%, Tempranillo 30%, Syrah 20%
Continental climate (dry summers and cold winters), pebble soil with a sandy loam texture. Mountainous area with altitudes between 900 and 1,000 m. Harvesting
Details of the vineyard: 8-year-old vineyards on trellises, with natural drainage and an average yield of 3,000 kg/ha. Harvesting during the second half of October and the first half of November
Fermentation details: In stainless steel tanks for 15 – 25 days at 28ºC – 30ºC. The punching technique is used to avoid excessive extractions and breaks in the skin.
