The wine’s core notes of stone and wet earth are a clear expression of the volcanic soils found on our single vineyard site—it is this mineral quality that is highly reminiscent of the Left Bank’s finest. From this bedrock, the wine blooms to present an exotic bouquet of cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, toasted oak and dried violets.
