This charmingly elegant white possesses a bouquet layered with aromas of citrus fruits, and fragrant florals with yeasty and nutty undertones. The clay and limestone soils in which the vines are planted lend mineral qualities. Following fermentation on the lees in stainless steel and several months of aging, Roux Pouilly-Fuisse is full in body.
The wine has a warm golden color.
Fresh, clean, lively taste of wine attracts rich shades of yellow fruit, orange peel, wood and nuts. Warm, rich and expressive aftertaste full of wood and cream tones.
Elegant, complex flavor of the wine is filled with tones of acacia flowers, almonds, hazelnuts, vanilla biscuits, fresh dough-baking, citrus, honey, peach and light mineral notes.
The wine is perfect to seafood, lobster, shrimp, white meat in a creamy sauce, fragrant spicy dishes, goat cheese.
