Roux Pere & Fils Macon-Villages 2015

Fresh and luscious, Roux Mâcon-Villages has a complex bouquet with floral aromas of rose, acacia, and honeysuckle, complemented by citrus. The finish shows notes of pine and fennel on the palate. Fermented on the lees in stainless steel and aged 6-7 months, it shows good concentration and possesses a pleasant acidity. 

The wine leaves for white flowers, peaches and apricots. A very accessible and easy-to-drink wine that is young and fresh.
