Roux Pere & Fils Beaune Montee 2016

Elegant and well balanced white with a greenish hue. Nice butter and vanilla accent, never in abundance here. Good and lengthy acidity. Somehow it reminds me of Chassange Monrachet with its white flower aromas.

On the nose there was very nice Pinot quality of.strawberries, cherries, earthy notes, forest notes with lively spice note. On the palette is supple, light on its feet, airy, light friut and nice tannins.
