An exciting, extroverted white with a perfume that sings of green tea, jasmine and grapefruit zest. This staineless steel-fermented white is mineral rich on the palate, with apricot and mango emerging out of the glass. Steely and clean from start to finish, adding the high wire acidity of a grapefruit zest to the mouthfeel.
