As well as producing some of the best Rosso and Brunello di Montalcino, Fattoria Uccelliera also makes a tiny amount of Extra Virgin Olive oil each year. Dense and rich with a well-balanced herbaceous quality and spicy aftertaste.
The olives of the Uccelliera Estate are hand-picked to keep their aroma and fruity taste. The Correggiolo (Frantoiano) prevails while the Moraiolo and Leccino give the oil its softness.
