DESCRIPTION
Deep, intense ruby red color. Ethereal, deep, balanced nose with a rich scent of fruit, full bodied round taste. The magnificent structure enables further ageing. Perfectly suitable with game and medium seasoned cheese.
The grapes come from La Serena estate vineyards, which are approximately 10 years old. Fermentation-maceration occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel for about 20-30 days, and then the wine ages in 20 hectoliter French oak casks for nine months.
