• 100% Rossese • Harvested from the youngest vines located in Poggio Pini of Soldano and Vigneto Luvaira of San Biagio della Cima • Poggio Pini vineyards face south-east while Vigneto Luvaira vines wrap the hill for total exposure • Vines trellised in the Alberello method and planted to clayey calcareous soils • Approximately 30% whole cluster maceration and fermentation for 12 - 15 days • Approximately 1 year aging exclusively in stainless steel prior to bottling
