An exceptionally soundly drinking rosé, hitting its peak now with a touch of time in the bottle (truth is most rosé is released too young). Prieler farms organically in the Burgenland region of eastern Austria.
The wine is a blend of saignée and direct pressed wines. The vineyard sources are rich in limestone that shows in the singing notes of minerals and fruits (raspberries, cranberries, even a touch of blood orange). Bone-dry and begging to be drank.
