Strawberry, floral, watermelon Exceptionally long finish with floral and watermelon notes Need to find and drink again! 4.02021 vintagePale copper. Smells of strawberry, and floral like rose hip. High acidity.
The blend is 80% pinot noir, 20% côt. Immediately after having been harvested, the grapes are pressed slowly in order to extract all the aromatic power. Fermentation occurs via indgenous yeast in cooled stainless steel tanks and then the wine is matured slowly on its fine lees for four months. The wine is fined (bentonite / vegan) and lightly filtered.
