Rosabrook Pas Touche Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc 2021

Lovely red fruit, floral notes with hints of dried herbs on the nose. On the palate, the wine is light on its feet, pretty and elegant with fine powdery tannins giving length and texture.

Medium gold color. On the nose yellow apples, yellow pears, peach, apricots. Same notes on the palette plus oak. Funky and a bit bittery on the finish.
