Wine Reviews Online 93 Points
Our story begins more than 50 years ago, when a celebrated American dancer named Rod Strong settled in Sonoma County to pursue a second lifelong creative passion: winemaking. Rodney Strong Vineyards was the 13th winery bonded in the newly discovered Sonoma County wine industry. A trio of winemaking paths crossed when Rick Sayre joined the team as Winemaker in 1979, and again when the Klein Family, 4th generation California farmers, purchased the winery in 1989 and initiated a renewed commitment of modern artisan winemaking. Through the years, Rodney Strong Vineyards has earned the reputation for critically acclaimed Single Vineyard and Reserve wines, stand out Estate releases and best-in-class Sonoma County varietal wines.

Wonderful Chard!
I am delighted with this wine: it has oodles of fruit and structure and balance, as well. Had it with roast chicken and am saving some for the Thanksgiving turkey.

Rodney Strong Chardonnay
Wine Chateau is a favorite of mine to order wine. I always look for the free shipping deals and have never been disappointed. I had to buy 12 bottles of Rodney Strong to get free shipping this time, but it is worth it. With summer here this Chardonnay is a wonderful accompaniment to many different foods from bbq’s to the catch of the day! It’s a delicious crisp wine that is perfect chilled.
Rodney Strong Chardonnay
I’m a fan of Rodney Strong Cabernet and thought i’d try their Chardonnay. Exactly as advertised. Delightful. Will be buying more.
Well worthwhile
With free shipping and no tax this was a good deal. It arrived in 2-3 days The better part was the bottle we have opened was buttery, nicely oaked and best of all not turning yellow or corked. Although not as nutty or oakey as the 2017 Rombauer, it keeps better and is a bit more buttery and smooth.
