Rocca Giovanni - Chardonnay

It is clear with a light straw-yellow shade, very consistent and of fine quality.The aroma is one of herbs and reminds one of tomato leaf, the aftertaste is persistent.

This Chardonnay is typical of many Italian whites in that it is unoaked. It is clean and fresh with light notes of ripe apple. An extra-warm summer has added a lightly honeyed finish which lingers on the palate. Ready to drink right now with antipasti, seafood, salads, risotto or just on its own. Serve lightly chilled.
