DESCRIPTION
Fermented in stainless steel and aged in cement vats, this wine exudes ripeness struck against tense mineral sensations. Juicy peach and honeydew melon flavors are wrapped around a core of crushed rocks. This is silken in feel, yet balanced by driving acidity.
Deep straw yellow; intense, multi-layered bouquet with notes of pear and peach blossom; fruit-rich, crisp palate with good length and complexity. The contact with the lees for a few months in cement tanks allows to obtain a wine with pronounced personality, typical of the variety, and a great balance between complexity and freshness that goes well with seafood dishes.
