This dark-ruby-colored wine has a nose of pomegranate, milk chocolate and orange zest. It is bright on the palate, with cherry, raspberry, butterscotch, lavender and eucalyptus flavors.Tangy and delicious. Hints of burnt orange at the end.
All this well-combined with the sweet notes of the spices that come from the aging in 225l barrels for 18 months.
The wine pairs perfectly with meat, fish, stews, and cheeses.
