While Rioja is legendary for its red wines, the small amount of white wine produced here is worth attention. CVNE uses 100% Viura, a primary grape in Cava, for this fruit-forward, versatile white wine.
The aromas of citrus, including lime and lemon verbena, play with flavors of herbs and a hint of hazelnut. It plays well with bold flavors in coconut curries, fish tacos, and seafood dishes.
